Outdoorsy.com, or craigslist... Prob is going to be the miles. How about a U haul van, just say you are moving across the country... Seeing all the parks might be a stretch on that budget. Consider doing 1-2 regions, like the west/southwest.. Midwest/south. Less miles and you will see plenty. Frankly, the driving from monument to monument sucks... like sucks for days... We rented through Escape camper vans! It seemed to be the easiest/cheapest. outdoorsy.com is another one. Rent America is another one, but they are more RVs and a little pricier. Source: over 1 year ago
You can look on outdoorsy.com (renting directly from owners) but we went through escape camper vans. Theyre 5 miles north from the airport so we will scoop the van and head to the Gorge! Source: over 1 year ago
There are camper van rental places similar to Airbnb, like outdoorsy.com or RVshare.com. Outdoorsy offers discounts for 7+ days or 30+ days. You could fly to your start point and have the RV waiting for you at the airport. Source: over 1 year ago

I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me.
