   A Game Changer

   Most of our client communication happened via email, slack and g'chat until I found Aligned. Conversations were easily lost, both parties lost track of important tasks and, most importantly, it was just too much email to keep track of. Now we handle onboarding and ongoing client management in Aligned. Each customer has their own space, which we create from a template. The analytics is great and really helps us see in between calls.

Outreach manages the sending/replying/organizing and Autobound manages the actual content of the emails. Theres other products out there for this as well, these are just two that come to mind.
