You didn't mention about brand of the switches, but majority of vendors is covered with Oxidized: https://github.com/ytti/oxidized Just configure it with git backend, and you have version control and device backups. Looked at healthcare.com but they want me to call due to 3 kids, all who pay taxes so no plans show up online. Looking at a contractor gig and their health insurance is $1600/mth and it's not even that great. Also they dont offer PTO or Holiday pay, so hourly rate when I work is what it get.
