  If you start an LLC, you're going to be applying for an EIN anyway. You'll definitely need an accountant. Probably could find lots of templates and documents online for free (lawdepot.com, pandadoc.com, eforms.com, docracy.com, usefyi.com) And yes your crew would probably be 1099. • Recorder finally has summarize! Hopefully Google expands this further

  I love the idea of AI summarize in Recorder and Chrome, but I don't find it the most useful in its current build simply because it only provides a 3 point summary, which only covers the general meeting topic (of course I already know this!). Some of my recorded meetings are over an hour long, so a more detailed summary is necessary. Hopefully Google adds the option to "elaborate further", or better yet copy... Source: 7 months ago
