  If you start an LLC, you're going to be applying for an EIN anyway. You'll definitely need an accountant. Probably could find lots of templates and documents online for free (lawdepot.com, pandadoc.com, eforms.com, docracy.com, usefyi.com) And yes your crew would probably be 1099.   I'd advise just starting off with a basic Wordpress/Woocommerce, just buy a decent theme and good hosting, the rest of the setup won't be that much more work than setting everything up on another platform, as you say it doesn't need to be perfect, just work.
