Before I built my rig. I used paperspace.com and parsec. you'll probably have to request that they unlock a better gpu server for you though. If you need any help just shoot me a message. Its like 50 cents an hour. Source: over 1 year ago
There are several tier-two clouds that offer GPUs but I think they generally fall prey to the many of the same issues you'll find with AWS. There is a new generation of accelerator native clouds e.g. Paperspace (https://paperspace.com) that cater specifically to HPC, AI, etc. workloads. Guess you've never heard of paperspace.com :) Their systems (depending on the configuration ofc) work great with ESO and they run windows and it's parsec compatible. Source: over 1 year ago
Something else to look into for a Windows machine would be Paperspace. It can be a little flaky at times, but you get a Windows machine in the cloud which works from a web browser. My own experience from more or less freelancing: If you create an account on a preconfigured server without setting it up on a machine of your own, e.g. On odoo.com / odoo.sh, or cloudpepper.io/ and don't need very specific configurations done, plus are willing to try out and learn a lot (we're speaking about days, not hours, depending on what you need even more than a week) you can do it on your own. I hope I understand correctly but I cannot change the alias to a custom domain, it has to end in odoo.com. The alias that the new company's tickets are being directed to is connected to its own incoming server and it is used regularly. Source: about 1 year ago
If you are looking for an ERP, check out odoo.com Everything you mention is possible and it's not that expensive imo. Source: over 1 year ago
