Back in the old(ish) days of Vim, usage of tpope/vim-pathogen to manipulate runtimepath was a popular way to install plugins. As it got update 9 days ago, it might be still used by some. Source: almost 2 years ago
To install any plugin using Pathogen plugin manager, you need to configure PAthogen in your vimrc if you have not done it already. You can find the installation docs on Pathogen.vim. At this point, I will need to process all of the images that have a white background with remove.bg. I processed a few images with both remove.bg and removal.ai. Removal.ai was pretty average, leaving white around some very easy objects with sharp edges. Remove.bg was the winner here. It's more expensive but worth it. Source: about 1 year ago

Try making the image darker or scarier using filters. Your headshot could use those white outlines or a brush effect to separate it from the background.
