In an atmosphere where most viewers have a shorter attention span, I would recommend condensing more of your core message into a shorter form. I have downloaded the free license vector file from vecteezy.com - Its a roll up banner design, I opened the file in Inkscape and trying to change the color of the banner but the color does not change when I select the element and select a color under "fill and stroke" or when I select from the bottom color swatches.
