PingoWe spent a long time looking for a product that could capture data online and offline, add logic and validation to the forms, empower our team to build their own questionnaires and also allow us to host the system in our own data center. We finally found form.com and the implementation was straight forwards and ongoing support has met our requirements as our userbase has grown.

I've tried a few, the best one was pingo (https://css-ig.net/pingo). Pingo -s9 gives better results than oxipng with Zopfli, while being usually two order of magnitudes faster. It's also faster than "regular" oxipng while being better. I can usually shave of 15%/20% of the size of png files I encounter.
