I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... You're welcome! I use Timeular (https://timeular.com), which I really like because it works with a cube that controls the timer. You roll it around and the side up is the timing category. I find the feedback of a physical object very useful. I've also used Toggl, which is feature rich, works great as a Chrome extension, and has tons of integrations.
