  PlaylistMap! https://playlistmap.com/ It has a really big database full of independent spotify playlist curators, so you can always find a ton of relevant playlists, even if your music is specific to a certain sub-genre. It also has a pitch tool that gives you templates where you can jsut fill in the blanks, which makes it super easy to write a good pitch. There's a free version and paid plans that give you more...
