As for my LGO, the only other app I've installed outside of the standard launcher was Playnite to consolidate all games into one place as Legion Space doesn't detect everything I have installed and I don't want to manage manually adding games to their launcher. Source: 7 months ago

Many places offer quick design certificates but do your research before picking one. Build up a portfolio of work that you've done. Play around with bot builder programs like IBM's Watson. Dialogflow CX is the most advanced dialog model with a combination of intents, events and a state machine for every flow.
