  • Pregnant and husband doesnt mask
Before you get COVID, both of you should discuss with your doctor if you would be a good candidate for Paxlovid or any other COVID therapeutic med should you become ill. Be sure to ask if there are any daily Rx meds you should hold on during treatment. Also make a plan for how you will get a script after hours or over a weekend. Good options may be https://hidrb.com, https://doctorondemand.com,... Source: over 1 year ago
  • Any membership-based primary care practices around here? Or doctors who are super responsive?
There’s an online practice called Plushcare. The company I work for offers it as a benefit and I’ve used it for urgent virtual care visits. They’ve been really good. But they also offer primary care. I have no idea how that works when you need to get labs and in-person exams done - which is why I chose to stick with my regular PCP. But thought I’d mention it. They are super easy to book with and really good about... Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Online Platform Prescriptions
Anyone had luck using an online prescription service to get an MAOI prescription? I'm talking about one of the platforms set up specifically for quick prescription-writing -- lemondaidhealth.com (bad example in this particular context, as it looks like they have a set list of ADs / related drugs they'll prescribe, and MAOIs aren't on it, but you get the idea), pushhealth.com, plushcare.com, etc. -- as opposed to a... • How to increase traffic organically
Improve your website speed and mobile responsiveness. Google loves websites that load fast. Make sure your pictures aren't heavy. Use apps like TinyJPG. Use the right amount of animation because too much of anything is bad. Source: 9 months ago
  • I'm applying for Golden Visa through gdrfad.gov.ae but the PDF documents should be maximum 100 kB!
Extract the scanned image and resize to make it a bit smaller, then compress the images on tinyjpg.com, merge them all into one pdf file using smallpdf, finally compress the pdf file again on the same website. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Improving image performance on the web.
I'd say that a proper OR recommended approach towards optimizing images for the web is to manually compress them with compression tools like TinyJPG or Squoosh before uploading them to your favorite image CDN. Why? you'd ask me. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
  • Work in progress, my Pathfinder 2e homebrew world map. Feedback appreciated
Oh and for the file size: compressing is usually better than resizing. And your image is a PNG which is much bigger in size than a JPG and you barely notice the difference. You can use https://tinyjpg.com/ or any proper image editor for good compression or even in Wonderdraft, you can (for sharing on Reddit) better export it as a JPG and at 80% or so.
