Both of them are free and offer both on-demand and "live" channels with a guide similar to cable. Yes, it is currently restricted by YouTube and Notion on the extension side. You can block access on the browser side, too: https://workspacetips.io/tips/chrome/control-which-sites-your-chrome-extensions-can-access But please don't block https://snipo.io/ domain because it can have an impact on the authorization.
