• Looking for recommendations

  Pomodoro works ok for me, but definitely feel free to customize it! I do 45 minutes of work and a 20-30 minute break. The break may seem excessive, but it's what works best for me after lots of trial and error. I feel like I'm productive enough to justify it (anyway, without it I'd be getting nothing done lol). There are many programs you can enroll her in BUT if she wants to work at her own pace you can look online for what your state/municipality expects a child to know in each year.   However, the math instruction that worked for me (I suddenly had to teach upper level math to expelled students in a self-contained class - and didn't know anything past Alg 1) was khanacademy.org, a free online program.
