Pomodoro works ok for me, but definitely feel free to customize it! I do 45 minutes of work and a 20-30 minute break. The break may seem excessive, but it's what works best for me after lots of trial and error. I feel like I'm productive enough to justify it (anyway, without it I'd be getting nothing done lol). I'd also suggest taking stock of what your weaknesses are and spending a limited amount of time trying out different tools that can help. For example, if you know that you thrive when you have a routine, then you could use something like Strategr to plan your typical weekday and then keep it open on the side of your screen. There's an app called Plan that I personally use to keep track of the To Do list of my projects. I'm pretty sure one task can be put in two days as well. You can drag your task into the calendar. Source: over 1 year ago
