Progcap, founded in 2017 by Pallavi Shrivastava and Himanshu Chandra, initially aimed to empower small retailers by offering innovative financial solutions. Over time, ProgComm was developed to expand on these efforts, integrating technology and financial tools to enhance the supply chain and B2B e-commerce for consumer brands​
