Check your options on 99.co, propertyguru.com.sg, iproperty.com.sg, etc. Some parts of SG have cheaper flat prices than others. For flats near Pioneer MRT, the current going rate seems to be around $2500+ for a 4-room HDB. Source: about 3 years ago
