• If you transferred out of Robinhood and you haven't received proxy materials from your new broker, you likely got them from RH! There should be an email, it took all of 30 seconds for me to VOTE

  Proxy.com is most likely their proxy then, (I don't have any shares in Vanguard to confirm) each broker can have a different one, but it is a separate third party company compiling the votes for each broker than the broker itself. Source: about 3 years ago
