1st question: You just use card services built for this. Here's an example: https://leadingcards.media/ we used. Another that was popular in my group of affiliate friends: https://pst.net/. You also can use sites like https://cardoshi.cc or https://pst.net to create virtual credit cards which you can load with crypto and do legal payments with it.
