Flat packages are the most common used packages, but distribution packages are more robust and can contain multiple flat packages. That's enough detail for this article but if you want to know more Armin Briegel of ScriptingOSX has a great book covering a lot of the details of these package types. I highly recommend picking up a copy for reference. One of the benefits of Distribution packages is that you can... - Source: dev.to / 23 days ago
F-strings, introduced in Python 3.6 and later versions, provide a concise and readable way to embed expressions inside string literals. They are created by prefixing a string with the letter ‘f’ or ‘F’. Unlike traditional formatting methods like %-formatting or str.format(), F-strings offer a more straightforward and Pythonic syntax. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago

First thought, play with MIT App Inventor https://appinventor.mit.edu/, they have dedicated blocks for graphing and cross-platform implementations of Bluetooth for Android and iOS. The data format is still up to you. Source: about 1 year ago
Or you could go to https://appinventor.mit.edu/ and design your own custom app (no widget, though). Source: about 1 year ago
If you want to make a mobile app you could try https://appinventor.mit.edu/. Source: about 1 year ago
Maybe a raspberry pi that's on 24/7 connected to wifi and use that to send the wake over lan signal to the server? Arduino on the power pins also works, I did something quite similar but with a Bluetooth board, the code was really simple I just made an Android app with MIT app inventor that sent a signal to the hc_05 bt board, once the Arduino received that signal it shorted the power pin to 5v for half a second... If your idea isn't complicated, have a look at MIT App Inventor. It literally is, drag-and-drop. That should get you started. Source: over 1 year ago
Rust - A safe, concurrent, practical language
Thunkable - Powerful but easy to use, drag-and-drop mobile app builder.
JavaScript - Lightweight, interpreted, object-oriented language with first-class functions
Bubble.io - Building tech is slow and expensive. Bubble is the most powerful no-code platform for creating digital products.
Java - A concurrent, class-based, object-oriented, language specifically designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible
Kodular - Much more than a modern app creator without coding
