They asked for proof of purchase, which I purchased on quest.com, 3 pictures of the broken strap, my headset serial number and proof of purchase for that. My oculus login name, my email associated to the headset and the name of the purchaser. Remember I boutght it on oculus.com. This email exchange went ont for days. They still billed it. Then, while I was arguing with them about it, they turned me over to collections for non payment...at which point they said I could only talk to collections. Months went by of bitching at them every couple of days before they finally pulled it back and sorted it out...took almost a year. Thought it was a fluke. Never got an apology. I tried to cancel some spanning.com tenants so I feel your pain. They either bill and autocharge a credit card and fail to renew the tenant and then turn you to collections even though they've been paid or you finally do cancel and they keep charging the card. Source: over 2 years ago
