When we initially researched, we did them independently. For RFP software, we wanted something to help with tracking, analyzing, generating proposals, AI answer suggestion/knowledge base, assigning related tasks etc. Avnio & RFPIO made our shortlist. PM for 5+ years and I’m still horrible at taking notes. I can’t multitask between understanding the conversation that’s happening, providing input AND writing what’s happening at the same time! I finally got the courage to tell folks to wait so that I can finish writing “next steps” before continuing the conversation.
