I don’t know if it technically counts, but I use https://radiooooo.com. Source: 7 months ago

Check out Radiooooo it’s like pandora but you choose a country, a decade, and a vibe (slow/fast/weird). Source: 12 months ago
  • IIL Jingly African Electric Guitar Music
Oh wait, there’s another app for that called radioooo you can select a country and a decade. I’d try Nigeria in the 80’s, Zaire in the 70’s and 80’s and Ghana around then too. Oh and South Africa as well, though that will be more horns and electrics. Source: about 1 year ago
  • cool apps/sites to use for finding obscure music.
Hey y'all, I usually dig around for random obscure stuff in second hand record stores, but recently have been using radiooooo.com to give me a random track from a country and decade of my choice. it's awesome so far and I've found some really cool stuff, but I was wondering if there are any other services or apps people in here use to find obscure music. • Stopping MDNSResponder from Sneakily Using DoH for DNS Lookups on macOS Ventura
Agreed, though I combine using Little Snitch with Radio Silence: https://radiosilenceapp.com Little Snitch is great for when I want hyper granular control of a specific app's network permissions while Radio Silence gives me a super quick way to just block EVERYTHING for a particular app right away without even opening it the first time. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago

Forgot to mention Radio Silence (commercial), seen by many as an easier introduction vs Little Snitch. Source: over 1 year ago
  • A little help
Sorry for the late reply. I use Lulu which should be enough, but I also simultaneously use Radio Silence to be safe. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Little Snitch vs TripMode 3 - monitoring my web traffic
Little Snitch (LS) is considered by many to be the gold standard. The aforementioned Lulu has a good reputation. The app Hands Off! Appears to be no longer developed (site offline). Then there's Radio Silence that may well fit your needs. Finally, one or more apps by Murus may be of interest but AFAIK these are not easy to configure and may be overkill for the average Mac user. I'm not familiar with TripMode. Source: over 2 years ago
