I looked up radiosure.com with an online tool and that information says it originates from Moscow which explains the inability to reach it. It could be geoblocked, or just on blackout considering the state of world affairs. Which might explain the absence of Fonzy and other moderators from the different forums. The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site.
