  I can only go from my own experience. I used to have issues with sitemap when using a sitemap plugin. However, I found that using rank math is best all round. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me.
