This is how I ended up solving this problem. I have a Windows Desktop Machine that is hardwired for internet. I installed an app called reemo.io (it's free for single-users) and it will stream your desktop at 60fps with extreme low latency. I'm on wifi and my latency is around 6ms on average. With the number of decks that I have to produce, I've succumb to using Themforest.net for some consistent deck themes. Those templates are fairly easy to tweak. However, as of late, I've started using beautiful.ai for building quick and decent-looking decks.
