Maybe we can just add a Wiki that lists the job boards showing whether visa sponsorship is available or not to the applicants. That would be very useful for people outside the EU and it will cut down on these questions and document the current companies better. I use relocate.me for example. For me the last one as I said and Bitter Lake are my favorites. Bitter lake is a great one if you want to understand the war in Afghanistan and the history of the various conflicts in there.
