Amazon, Home Depot, most of the credit card companies, TTEC, you'd be surprised how many places hire remotely. Most of them will supply you with some, if not all of the equipment that you need.   Sounds pretty normal, I put your settings into mouse-sensitivity.com and it comes out to 38cm/360 which for tac fps games is considered a pretty average sens. To do this, pick one of the supported games in the sensitivity section of aimlab, and then go to a website like https://mouse-sensitivity.com/ and convert your deceive sensitivity to the game you picked in aimlab.
