  I know that at Linkedin you can post a job ad for free but the quality is pathetic. I recieved 900 applications in 1 hour and none of them was worth interviewing.   Maybe you could create an org chart for your team so that you can see their names and pictures and visualize where each of them sits in your company's hierarchy? I've tried creating org charts on Organimi and I find it really useful and easy to use.
