  I know that at Linkedin you can post a job ad for free but the quality is pathetic. I recieved 900 applications in 1 hour and none of them was worth interviewing.   I have the option for fully remote but I will probably going in at least 3-4 days just because its obviously such a drastic change from being in the hospital every day.
