• pre ordered something months ago. it has never been sent. there is no customer service. they ignore me

  So back in june I pre ordered something off of zavvi.com . They took my money and everything was fine. I had recently had issues with them on another order. They took my money, told me the item was out of stock and would ignore me at every turn. I used resolver.com and got in touch with the parent company thehutgroup .   At that time, I tried to get put through to another person from customer service and the same thing happened again and again. • Airbnb nightmare

  I've only ever had a positive experience with Air BnB, granted I've only used it elsewhere in Europe and not the UK, but I've found them excellent. Booked a two bedroom flat in Prague which ended up only being a one bedroom with a sofa bed and got 50% refund on return.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
