If you have a bit more budget, you can also recruit participants from online panels (like userinterviews.com or respondent.io). For an incentive, you can screen the right people to participate in your playtest. Keep in mind you will need to do some vetting and make sure you're not getting "professional" participants. Figure out how you can make more income. Maybe you create an account on upwork or fiverrr (platform for freelancers) and help a company out with social media, or reviewing resumes. Maybe you try driving for doordash or ubereats. Maybe you sign up for respondent.io and get paid to do research interviews (we hire people from here all the time). The space I am more aware of is the data integration part of the process, and my team uses hotglue (though hotglue is built for developers) to collate the data into one place, do any transformations necessary (the transformations are done in Python in hotglue), and then send it to the tool we use (we recently switched from Databox to Whatagraph).
