I'm in no position to give advice but I felt that having a good CV and people skills definitely helped me. I used resume.io for my CV and cover letter, and can definitely recommend it. I have previously worked as a manager in a different industry and used to receive 1-2 CV's a day, a good looking CV really stands out amongst the pile of terrible ones. Miraheze seems to be offering a platform to create private wikis and it runs the same software as Wikipedia. You do need to fill out a form and request a wiki but after that you and people you specify should be able to see and edit that wiki (with the exception of the main page which can be seen by everyone).
