  If you should decide to try Catherine's again, try doing a google search for Catherines Free Shipping or something like that. I often find a free shipping code on retailmenot.com Same with a lot of other stores. I've happened on coupons and ended up with unexpected discounts. There are a few coupon sites out there.   Protect yourself by first pulling your FICO score (go to MyFico and pull your own score, and you can get a coupon from retailmenot.com) and shop around. You can shop around for rates without a hard pull so you know how much car you can afford for the interest rate you would qualify for with that FICO.   I'm in Canada, too. Lands' End has fast shipping to Canada, and I've bought a lot of quality basics from them.   The reason which made me curious in the first place was that I could not compile a document successfully which, however, was possible on my Windows machine where I have installed texlive using the online installer of tug.org.   For a conversion to an e-book, it is possible to take a trip through (La)TeX and TeX4ht, or use Pandoc, which is pretty good at converting from Markdown to HTML (better than between, say, HTML and LaTeX).
