    I wish I had a clear, definite, professional answer for you. For now the answer is… not necessarily. Bradycardia - BPM less than 60, even in the 40-50 BPM range - can occur in healthy people. It might, but doesn’t necessarily cause low BP, and the other way around doesn’t generally occur either.
