Rows FluffyChatFluffyChat might be a bit more popular than Rows. We know about 24 links to it since March 2021 and only 24 links to Rows. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Alternatives were Rows and Airtable. Rows tends to be better at calculation, while Airtable tends to be better at storing and sorting data as a database. I was not aware of the open-source alternative called Baserow at the time. [Baserow], [APITable], [Grist], and [Rowy] are all open source Airtable alternatives which offer hosted SaaS versions that include API access, though it's a bit difficult to compare the API rate limits across all these products. Self-hosting an app like this would allow you to bypass API rate limits altogether, if you're open to it. I work at Rows. It’s a spreadsheet with native UI to import data from many services ( Google Analytics, Ads platforms, BigQuery,…) plus you can make your own custom api calls directly from the grid. Keep in mind Matrix is a protocol for messaging just like email is a protocol for mail. There's more than one client and Element just so happens to be the most popular one. A really good runner-up would be FluffyChat. Then there's Cinny. Source: over 1 year ago
That's actually almost a ripoff of FluffyChat with the pull-up server list from Element's Android app. And given Matrix is trying to mimic the semantics of Discord servers with spaces, I don't even like those layouts. Gross. Source: over 1 year ago
There is a package I wanted to use fluffychat (Matrix Client) you can only get it from flathub and snap (officially) there is an aur package for arch (unofficial). This is just an example.
