Missive is by far the best collaborative email app for small/medium teams. I've tried many of them over the years and Missive just stands out. Also their team is super responsive and push bug fixes and new features weekly.
Missive might be a bit more popular than rsync. We know about 14 links to it since March 2021 and only 13 links to rsync.
