If you find an HD version of Episode 1 and just need the subs from Viki, just paste the Viki URL (https://www.viki.com/videos/1193406v-queendom-2-episode-1) into savesubs.com and you'll get a download link for the subs file (.srt)... Source: over 2 years ago
With regard to encryption tools, I use AxCrypt, which is cross-platform, but isn't free in that form. It would though encrypt each file in-place, without need for a dedicated folder or vault and encrypted file will sync with OneDrive, via the standard sync client.
