I started with some html and css course on youtube, then learnt jquery briefly. Then I used scrimba.com to learn javascript and react, its a really good platform, at this point, I learn frameworks to use with react, like tailwind, material ui. I haven't done this course, but I have been programming with Javascript for about ~1.5years and can build things with React, the best course I found, and I bet it would translate to angular, is learnjavascript.online. Another resource that is good is http://csbin.io/ which is a codesmith platform.
