Great write up, super insightful. I think is also good to try to find NFT project bf they launch. So I use sealaunch.xyz or nftscoring.com to check project's site & roadmap, who's behind the project and how committed they are, how big a project's community and how committed to the long term they are. Oh also found out about cryptotrader.tax it's been a lifesaver. What I was using before made it seems like I made some insane amount in crypto when there was no way I did. This got everything looking right and did all the math for me. Bit pricy ($100 to get the final info) but well worth the math help using it. So one more tool to get correct info I need to file :).
