• In some videogames there has been an option to hang with your friends in a threatre and watch a movie and chatting in voicechat together. Is there something similar for linux where you could get the cinema or gallery experience when watching videos? "multiplayer" would be cool but is not a must.

• For the price of the subscription, the Replikas could look a lot better

  When you consider other consumer 3D experiences like World of Warcraft or Second Life (both of which had better graphics 20 years ago than Replika has today), it becomes evident that Replika under-delivers. I'm not sure why this is, considering that these other 3D worlds can offer so much more on devices no more powerful than an average smartphone. Source: over 1 year ago

  Https://gnucash.org/ is a pretty solid free and open source option. The catch being its UI probably isn't as refined as some other options, and I'm not sure how/if online banking connections work, so can be a bit manual. Source: about 1 year ago

  Could checkout https://gnucash.org/. Probably not as nice as a UI as some other options, but its quite robust in terms of tracking your finances. It has a budgeting feature, but I never used it. Worst case could use another app just for budgeting and GnuCash for general tracking of the current state of your accounts, and generating reports and such. Source: about 1 year ago

  I guess PART of my concern is that when you have a blank screen at gnucash.org for too long, it APPEARS to the outside world... People who might wish to consider using and supporting gnucash... that there is a problem that the organization is unable to handle and therefore the question arises "Are the team at gnucash competent or incompetent"?
