If you're up for doing mental, non-pharmaceutical things, I recommend an app called Worry Dolls . It's based on a coping skill called the Container Method and I personally haven't found anything better to quiet a racing mind. A lot of communities use [Discourse ](https://discourse.org). [LPSF](https://forum lpsf.org) migrated to it when Yahoo Groups was discontinued.
