Based on our record, Google Scholar seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 999 times since March 2021. A few may know, that google scholar(https://scholar.google.com/) does not offer a feature for arranging the search results based on the number of citations. Half of those are about science, during my Ph.D., I was told to use scholar.google.com, which works great as far as I can tell. Couple it to sci-hub and you get all the scientific literature you need. Source: 7 months ago
