The instance email address is tied to the instance name. Rename the instance and the email address also changes. You cannot change the email address otherwise. That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Müllner and Jonas Ådahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively.
