ShareX [1] is my other "must install" app. I never would have guessed how much my branch of engineering consists of "take a screenshot and draw lines, arrows and circles on it." If you are looking for how to actually type out the test, you need to think about format, absent students, and possible test do overs based on your particular needs. So if you want to make a paper and pencil test. You can just type it out in google, but that only gives you one test.
