SHAXPIR Reviews

  1. Great Product - Poor Customer Service

I love the product! Love using it, and it works a treat for me. However, if something goes wrong, the customer service is very poor. There are two versions of SHAXPIR. A free version, and a paid version, yet support is the same - almost non-existent! - It seems to be a 'one-man band' who is the support, perhaps he should have some more help?

  • GPU-Backed User Interfaces
Having built a few GPU/HTML hybrids in the past, (e.g. https://arcentry.com/) I found that it teaches you a lot about the things you take for granted when developing for browsers and that you now have to manage yourself. This includes for example: - figuring out when to redraw the screen or sections of it - organizing your UI as a hierarchical tree that can be traversed - handling events in general.
