Shutter was very feature rich, and I think it's the closest in terms of having the same workflow actions as ShareX -- I don't think it fully supports Wayland yet though and has a TON of dependencies.     I like your idea, and the end result isnt that bad. I would try to straighten the text and change to colours to the originals that pepsi have and not the washed out ones that you used. I also would suggest that you try to make a realistic mock-up. You can use https://mockups-design.com/ for a free and really good soda can mock-up if you have Photoshop.
