I literally used simpleswap.io ...but would have no issue using any of the others. The most important thing is to keep each swap on the same chain. So if you're sending UCDc to convert it to MATIC....be sure that your USDc is being send on the matic chain and that you are selecting MATIC coin to be received over the matic chain. I'm sure people will correct me and say there's better ways but I've had good success using simpleswap.io for swapping between chains and that's how I flip my stables into bitcoin. Their terms state that they may ask for kyc but they never have for me. Source: about 1 year ago

If you want to install bitcoin core you can get it from bitcoin.org. But depending on what you want to do it’s probably not the best option. If you want to get into bitcoin and want to make sure your coin stays save you should get a hardware wallet.
