Job hunting is a huge pain!! There are hundreds of job aggregators all showing the same jobs including the ones you've already applied to. Did the recruiter even open your resume? If they reach out, will you remember the key phrases from the posting that will show you're the perfect candidate for the role? Are you trying to keep track of it all in a big gross spreadsheet, if at all? Recruiters have Applicant Tracking Systems to optimize the job search process for their side, the applicants should have something to help as well.
That's why I created JobRTS. When applying for a job, add it in JobRTS! You can download a Word doc for your resume that tracks when other people view it, save contacts, tasks to do, and interviews.
You'll know which resumes are resulting in views and interview requests so you can figure out what's working and what isn't. You'll have a copy of the job posting and notes for reference later in the interview process, even if they remove it from the careers site. We even use the job posting to generate good questions to ask the hiring team in your interviews!
JobRTS's answer:
Allows users to know when their resume has been viewed. JobRTS is also extremely fast with new feature requests, ensuring that we give our customers what they need to be successful.
JobRTS's answer:
Anyone that wants to optimize their job search!
JobRTS's answer:
Users can know which versions of their resumes are getting viewed and leading to interviews, viewed and ignored, or just plain ignored altogether. We also generate relevant suggested interview questions to ask the hiring team when you add a new interview.

Applying is easy with any automation bot. simplify.jobs worked for me and is free but I heard of a platform that you pay $100/month and it automatically applies to thousands of jobs for you. Forgot what it's called but you can google it. Source: over 1 year ago
